10 mm Plastic Headband , ideal for fascinator

These white plastic headbands are designed to be used in crafting projects and are perfect for woven and wrapped ribbon headbands. They are made of an "unbreakable" plastic, but keep in mind that anything will break if you try hard enough.

They are a one-size-fits-all and will fit an child from about age 2 through adults. They measure 1/4" 10 mm and do not taper. Each headband is approximately 38cm from end to end..
