1. CHANGES

If the change is due to an error by the client (error when ordering) you will be responsible for shipping costs. If it was our mistake, the customer will receive the goods free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible to report an error.
It is imperative that the packaging is in perfect condition, without manipulating the contents.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHANGES OF CUT ARTICLES, such as cut meters or centimeters (Spaghetti, bias, tapes, etc ...)

2. RETURNS

Product returns will be accepted within 15 days upon receipt of the order by the customer, except for PIERCING products (because of health regulations).

It is manadatory to include the sales receipt with the return. We will not process a return if the sales receipt is not included. To make the return, please contact PRISCILLANGIOI.COM as soon as possible for authorization. We only accept items that are authorized. Once approved, we will post data on the website. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition with the product manuals, accessories and / or gifts if they had and included in the order. Items must be well packaged to avoid damage when shipping back to us, PRISCILLANGIOI.COM reserves the right to refuse the return if damaged by shipping.
Shipping charges incurred in returning items are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by PRISCILLANGIOI.COM. The shipping amount of the original order and the returned item amount will be deducted from the refund.
Payment will be refunded in the orginal format as the payment was made.
